I began my career making documentaries for PBS and since then, have been working in almost every medium art directing and designing award winning print and interactive projects for film festivals, luxury brands and artists. My photography began with a documentary photo project on Art and Alzheimer's and has expanded to include portrait photography and environment lifestyle projects.

Currently I use a Nikon D200, a Nikon FM3 and a number of Polaroid cameras. Personally and creatively I am extremely sensitive and draw inspiration from human interaction, nature, family drama and the need to create conversations. I love to explore various concepts and ideas in my photography; with a focus on light and color, exploring visually obvious themes that arise. Sometimes its just about finding an element that interests me; a persons intense glare, their discomfort within, or a special moment.

My favorite models are regular people. I document life as I see it and regularly shoot on location from India to Rio.  I am back home in NYC after a year-long jaunt in London, where I live with my rock-n-roll husband.
